Waves Club Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your Waves Club purchase. If for any reason you're not, we
accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
Eligibility:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Sale items, limited drops, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return:
1. Email admin@wavesclub.store with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.
3. Once approved, ship the item(s) back using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you and issue a refund to your original
payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges:
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please return your
item for a refund and place a new order.
